Terms & Conditions – Suttons Trucks Arncliffe Promotion (Parts and Accessories – June 2026)
1. Promoter
The promoter is Suttons Trucks Arncliffe (ABN 77 000 083 929), 93 Princes Hwy, Arncliffe NSW 2205.

2. Competition Overview & Eligibility
a. To be eligible:
i. You must be a permanent resident of New South Wales and 18 years or older at time of entry.
ii. Neither you nor any member of your immediate family (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling) may be an employee of Suttons, an affiliate of Suttons, or otherwise connected to this competition.

b. To enter:
i. Make a single transaction of $500 or more (incl. GST) on PACCAR Genuine Parts or Accessories at Suttons Trucks Arncliffe between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026.
ii. Provide your full name, phone number, and email address at the Parts counter at time of purchase.
iii. Receive one (1) entry ticket per qualifying transaction. Maximum one entry per transaction (multiple transactions permitted).

3. Prize Draw & Winner Notification
a. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part.
b. Draw date: 2 July 2026 at Suttons Trucks Arncliffe.
c. Winner announced: 3 July 2026 via phone call and social media.
d. Winner will be notified by phone within 7 days of the draw.
e. If the winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts over 14 days, or is found ineligible, the prize will be redrawn on 20 July 2026 at the same location.
f. The promoter’s decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Prize
One (1) Kenworth Genuine Essentials Merchandise pack valued at $1,117.60 comprising:

Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Promoter may substitute with item of equal or greater value if unavailable.

5. Publicity Consent
By entering, the winner agrees to:
a. Have their name, suburb, and image used in Suttons’ social media, website, and marketing materials for up to 12 months after the draw.
b. Participate in a reasonable photo/video opportunity at prize acceptance.
If the winner is under 18 (ineligible – see clause 2), this clause does not apply.

6. Privacy
Personal information will be collected and stored in accordance with the Suttons Privacy Policy at https://www.suttons.com.au/PrivacyPolicy.
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), entrants may access or correct their personal information by contacting customercare@suttons.com.au. Entries remain the property of Suttons.

7. General
Suttons Trucks Arncliffe reserves the right to:

Verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
Extend, pause, or cancel the promotion if outside circumstances affect its fairness (e.g., system failure, fraud).
Amend these terms with notice on the promotion webpage or in-store.
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed by 18 July 2026, an unclaimed prize draw will occur on 20 July 2026 at the same location. The new winner will be contacted by phone within 7 days. Original winner forfeits all rights to the prize.

9. Business Representatives
If the entrant is acting on behalf of a business (e.g., employee, contractor, or authorised representative of a fleet or owner-operator), the prize will be transferred to the business entity they represent. The entrant must provide the business name and ABN/ACN (if applicable) at time of entry. Suttons Trucks Arncliffe reserves the right to request written confirmation of authority to act on behalf of the business.
