Once your truck is delivered Isuzu Australia will send you a short survey via email about your recent purchase with Suttons Trucks.
You will receive surveys after each truck purchase, truck service or retail parts purchase.
By submitting the survey, you’ll enter into Isuzu Australia’s monthly prize draw, with a chance to win $1,000 in retail vouchers or $2,000 in dealer credit for service and parts.

COMPLIMENTARY FIRST SERVICE
When you purchase a new Isuzu from Suttons Trucks, your first service is free - it is our way of welcoming you to the Suttons Trucks family.
Your complimentary service is due at whichever comes first:
- 1 month after delivery, or
- 5,000 kilometers, or
- 100 engine hours

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We are located just 200m from Wolli Creek Train Station for easy public transport access.
CHECK-IN PROCESS
- Gates open from 6:30am.
- Please park in an allocated service parking spot.
- Do not leave keys in the truck.
- Please check in with reception inside the service department.
SERVICE HOURS
Monday – Friday: 6:30am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 12:30pm
