1. The Promotion
This offer ("Offer") applies exclusively to the first customer who enters into a binding purchase contract for a new, in-stock DAF CF model truck during the Suttons Trucks 5 Day Sale at Suttons Kenworth DAF Arncliffe.
2. Eligibility
The Offer is valid only for one customer purchase made between Monday, 24 August 2026 and Friday, 28 August 2026 (inclusive) ("Promotional Period").
The purchased vehicle must be delivered to the customer no later than 30 November 2026.
The Offer is strictly limited to the first (1) DAF CF sale processed, signed and accepted by Suttons Kenworth DAF Arncliffe during the Promotional Period, as determined by Suttons Trucks in its sole discretion.
Once this single vehicle is sold, the Offer expires and no further bullbars will be provided under this promotion.
3. Free Bullbar
The eligible customer will receive one (1) Genuine DAF Bullbar, supplied and fitted by Suttons Trucks prior to vehicle delivery, subject to availability.
The bullbar will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
Non-Transferable
This Offer is personal to the first purchaser and cannot be transferred, assigned or otherwise made available to any other person, entity or subsequent owner of the vehicle.
Non-Exchangeable
The bullbar cannot be exchanged for any other accessory, part, product or service.
No Cash Value
The bullbar is not redeemable for cash, credit or any other form of monetary value. Under no circumstances will the value of the bullbar be refunded or paid to the customer.
No Offset Against Purchase Price
The value of the bullbar cannot be deducted from, credited against or otherwise applied to reduce the agreed purchase price of the DAF CF vehicle.
5. General Conditions
Suttons Trucks reserves the right to verify the validity of any purchase and determine eligibility for the Offer.
This Offer is subject to stock availability. If the advertised bullbar is unavailable, Suttons Trucks reserves the right to substitute it with a comparable bullbar or accessory of equal or greater value.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by law.
Subject to the preceding clause and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Suttons Trucks accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from the fitting or use of the bullbar.
This Offer is valid exclusively at Suttons Kenworth DAF Arncliffe and cannot be claimed at any other Suttons Trucks location.
Suttons Trucks reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Offer at any time where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
