About the role

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with general duties
  • Pick / Pack and despatch – internal and external
  • Warehouse replenishment and upkeep
  • Interpret workshop/customer requirements both panel and mechanical
  • Conduct retail, wholesale & internal business
  • Excellent working conditions with state-of-the-art facilities.
  • Carry out on the job training.


About you

  • Truck and/or mechanical interest
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and help out fellow workers when required
  • Current driver’s license
  • A willingness to work and learn

About the role

  • Maintain customer relations and follow-up policy that ensures maximum customer satisfaction. 
    Resolve all customer complaints immediately to build customer loyalty.
  • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs, customer parts and equipment.
  • Record appointments requested by customers via the department’s appointments system.
  • Complete repair orders and other necessary documentation on arrival of customer.
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer details on repair orders and computer records and update where necessary.
  • Obtain authorisation from customers when estimate of costs needs to be changed and when extra work is found to be necessary.
  • Advise customer in advance when vehicle cannot be ready at the agreed time.
  • Maintain a high degree of product knowledge on all vehicles sold and serviced by the Dealership.
  • Follow housekeeping, safety and security procedures that result in a safe and positive working environment.


About you

  • Experience with Dealer Socket or Pentana Advantageous
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and help out fellow workers when required
  • A willingness to work and learn
  • Well-developed communication skills and telephone techniques.
  • Adequate administration, customer handling and driving skills.
  • Current NSW driver’s license (applicable to types of vehicles being driven).
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • High level of customer relation building and sales skills

  • Contractor sign ins and inductions
  • RDA form completions
  • Basic daily reporting on activity and call logs
  • Managing key recalls
  • Maintaining the enquiry logs
  • Printing / scanning documentation as required
  • Registration applications
  • Invoicing as required
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensuring general tidiness of customer facing areas


About you

  • Entry level position within the trucks parts department
  • Understand and implement safe work practices 
  • Work towards work schedules for parts department
  • Provide face to face customer service on the front desk counter
  • Answer phone enquiries in regards to parts orders 
  • Learn to service workshop back counter for parts interpreting
  • Attend to workshop staff/customers efficiently and courteously
  • Interpret workshop/customer requirements across both panel and mechanical
  • Handle retail, wholesale & internal business
  • Learn the parts interpreting trade

About the role

  • Work on American, European and Japanese Trucks
  • Opportunity to learn from experienced technicians
  • Entry level position to learn the basics to truck accessory fitment
  • Understand and implement safe work practices 
  • Work towards work schedules for PD team
  • Working closely with the departments Sales, Service and Parts 
  • Assist with workflow of used truck reconditioning and accessory fitment
  • Assist with the despatch of all trucks
  • Quality control inspections
  • Liaise with Pre-Delivery Manager to meet target deadlines
  • Fit accessories including bull bars, windshields, mudflaps, airhorns etc.
  • Check trucks are delivered to customer’s order 

 

About you

  • Current driver’s license
